MD / CEO

Mr. A.O. Adejugbe, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Tonique Oil Services Ltd is an Industrial / Analytical Chemist graduate (1983). He also holds an MBA in International Business from Lincoln University California, USA. He had attended wide and varied petroleum trainings and courses nationally and internationally, among which include the in-house courses organized by Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation as well as International courses at the College of Petroleum Studies Oxford, United Kingdom.

His over 18 years experience in NNPC / PPMC – the apex oil corporation in Nigeria enabled him to varied experience in petroleum down stream sector which include; Refining, Supply and Distribution, International Oil trading, Bunkering, Oil Importation, Storage tank construction and inspection, accreditation of independent marketers for licensing, vessel and other logistics operations and services before he voluntarily retired in 2001 to take over the Headship and Management of Tonique Oil Services Limited.

Mr. Adejugbe holds substantial controlling shares in a number of Oil Servicing and Marketing companies in Nigeria.

Mr. Adeniran Abiola, the Logistic Manager, Tonique Oil Services is a graduate of the University of Lagos, Akoka with a B.Sc (Hon) Degree. He has attended various advance courses internationally in the area of Logistics, Security, Health and Safety. He’s versatile and adaptable to various form of logistics operation in the Oil and Gas sector due to his varied exposure.

BOMA ADEJUGBE (LATE) Executive Director(Personnel & General Services) Mrs Boma Adejugbe, Executive Director (Personnel & General Services), holds a Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B) from the University of Lagos and B.L from the Nigeria Law School. She worked in various administrative and management capacities within and outside the industry including NITEL Plc, Mimato Ventures Limited amongst others. Her portfolio includes administration, legal, shipping, insurance, taxes and general services. MR. CLAUDIUS ADEKOLA ONAYEM Financial Controller He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Bida, Nigeria; a Masters of Business Administration Degree, (Marketing Management) from the Lagos State University and an M.Sc. Economics Degree, (specializing in Monetary Economics) from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, Nigeria. Mr.Onayemi attended varied courses and training locally and overseas in management, finance, accounting and auditing including Senior Management Programme (SMP 10) of the prestigious Lagos Business School, and Cox Business School, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, USA. Mr. Onayemi had his training as a Chartered Accountant at Z.O. Ososanya & Company, Chartered Accountants, and thereafter had his working career cuts across Oil and Gas, Shipping, Telecommunication, procurement, logistics, accounting and audit practice.	MR. FEMI OLULANA Assistance General Manager Mr. Olufemi Olulana is the Assistant General Manager Tonique Oil Services Ltd. He joined Tonique Oil Services Limited as a Trader reporting to the Managing Director and responsible for generating revenue and profits for the Company by maximizing trading opportunities both in the local and international oil markets. Femi is a 1988 Graduate of Business Administration from The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro with Distinction. His work career spanned five years of quality banking experience at Citibank Nigeria, now Nigeria International Bank, and about ten years of in-depth experience in bulk petroleum products trading and supply in the downstream sector of the Nigeria’s Oil & Gas sector. Mr. Olulana is renowned for High Level of Integrity, Hard work and Bottom-Line Focus. He has attended courses and seminars both in banking operation and downstream oil trading and supply. Femi is happily married with children. Arc. OBAYEMI DAPO Director Projects He is a graduate of the University of Lagos where he studied Architecture from the Institutes Environmental Studies Faculty. He has to his achievement various projects conceived, planed, executed and commissioned amongst which are storage tank farm, flow station design, petrol station house boats, barges and a host of others.
